Men and Women’s Fertility Health ♦ Hormonal Replacement Therapy

Hormonal imbalance? All starts out with adrenal dysfunction. Stress Stress STRESS................

We are stressful about daily lives and surrounded by environmental stress causing oxidative stress and chronic stress in your body. High levels of stress are associated with a compromised immune system. This is because stress releases the hormone cortisol which supresses the immune system. Cortisol also supresses metabolism, so high levels of cortisol are also associated with weight gain. By reducing cortisol levels, can increase metabolism and lead to weight loss. When cortisol is off it is going to throw off all other hormones which leads to below:

Testosterone Deficiency • Estrogen Deficiency Or Excess Or Dominance  • Progesterone Deficiency

We focus on holistic approach for fertility health in men and women especially finding ways to nourish egg and improve production of motile sperms, and thus improves quality prior to IUI or IVF. We aim for natural or mini-medicated IUI cycle. We want Quality not just Quantity.

Hormonal Optimization Therapy

Age is inevitable and a natural process. Your body produces less testosterone, estrogen, progesterone as you age. Starting in your early 30’s, your hormone levels decline 1 to 2 percent each year, leading to low libido, energy and strength. By restoring your hormones and slowing down the aging process, you can feel youthful again. Bio-Identical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT), offers a safe, effective, and logical, approach to man and woman’s health.

Peptide Therapy

Peptides are powerful signaling molecules that optimize cellular function for targeted outcomes, tailored to your specific goals and lifestyle.

Targeted Supplementation

Essential minerals and vitamins are often lacking due to factors like food processing and environmental toxins. Our specialized supplementation strategies address these nutritional gaps for optimal function and well-being.

Pregnenolone and DHEA Therapy

What is Pregnenolone?

Pregnenolone is a steroid hormone which is synthesized from cholesterol. It is naturally produced in the body by the adrenal gland and is a precursor for all steroid hormones, including testosterone, progesterone, cortisol, estrogen and other steroid hormones. Pregnenolone is also a neuro-steroid, which means that it can rapidly excite neurons for better communication.

It is vital to have a healthy pregnenolone balance in the body in order to balance other hormones. When pregnenolone levels are low, your body can not create enough other hormones, causing hormonal imbalances which can affect your daily functioning. The symptoms of low pregnenolone include poor memory, declining concentration and attention, fatigue, dry skin, joint and muscle pain and decreased sex drive.

Benefits of Pregnenolone

Taking pregnenolone supplements has many direct benefits, for example improved cognitive function, mood and sleep performance. Pregnenolone can also increase immunity, aid in weight loss and reduce the symptoms of menopause and andropause because it produces the hormones that are responsible for these health factors.

What is DHEA?

DHEA (dehydroepiandrosterone) is a hormone produced by your body’s adrenal glands.  It functions as a precursor to male and female sex hormones, including testosterone and estrogen. DHEA production peaks in your mid-20s. In most people, production gradually declines with age. Testosterone and estrogen production also generally declines with age. DHEA supplements can increase the level of these hormones.

DHEA supplementation has shown promising results in improving ovarian function and fertility outcomes in women with diminished ovarian reserve. Similarly, men with low DHEA levels can benefit from DHEA supplementation to enhance sperm production and quality.
